Great to hear Heather, I know as much as I opposed wearing girdles at first and then when I started to pay more attention (thanks to the lesson between my bottom and Nan's hand) I started to notice little things and feelings and they felt good, I liked them, I felt good about them, I liked I looked, look it didn't change how I looked but it was knowing what was underneath, I gained more confidence know my abdomen, my pelvis, my bottom was being controlled by these garments and that I didn't have to worry about keeping my tummy in, clinching my bottom muscles up or my posture, the girdle did all that for me. That is what the girls have learned, well certainly Sophia and Maddison, the twins are noticing different things and feelings all the time now, one of them commented to me the other day that her bottom looks smaller and rounder in a panty girdle and not so droopy and that she had never noticed it before! Abbie is still learning to just relax every thing and let the girdle do it for her, she has started to notice that she feels uncomfortable during the day around the tummy with out her girdle and she knows she is getting more and more dependent.

So how are things going with your girls Heather, has you mum meeting any resistance from them about these changes?
