 I was moonlighting in a small ER in Nashville. Barbie was my technician for the nights. She was this very cute blonde with hair down to her waist. She was working on a singing career. We had this contruction worker come in that had fallen through a plate glass and during the process of suturing his numerous cuts she cut her three fingers on glass that was still on his clothes. She was picking things up in the room after he left and I went in to help her. Giving you a little flash there. I said yep. I said you know you told me you needed your tetanus updated. I have a shot all drawn up for you. I stood there with the syringe in my hand and alcohol. The doctor had gone to bed already so we were all alone in the department. I told her I will make a deal with you. I will take you any where you want to eat here in Nashville under one condition. Okay. I get to give you this shot in your bare bottom. Really. She came over to me and turned around. I untied her scrubs and let them fall to the floor. She had on a very tiny pair of blue panties which I pushed down over her firm butt. I took my time squeezing both of her cheeks. I picked a spot on her left hip and pinched her muscle and quickly darted the needle in her butt and gave her the shot. Afterwards I rubbed her butt a few moments. She pulled up her panties and scrubs.
