I was working a health fair yesterday doing physicals and booster shots. A mom and daughter come up and the mom tells me she needs a physical for a new job. She just tunred 18 do I need to stay with her or can she do this alone. I told her she did not need to stay and gave the daughter the forms to fill out. I took her to the back and got her vitals, wight and height. I told her you need your tetanus updated. What does that mean she asked? That means you need a booster shot. She pulled down her dress and I picked up a loaded syringe and she said let me guess you are going to give that to me in my ass aren't you? If I give it to you in your arm and you don't move it around it will hurt for a few days. She leaned over a chair and I flipped up her dress exposing her tight butt. She had a brown thong more like a string that went around her waist. She had dimples in each of her butt cheeks. Without warning I darted the needle into her left cheek and injected. After I pulled out the needle I rubbed the site a few moments, slapped her butt and let the dress fall down telling her it was over. What, no bandaid. I pulled out a snoppy bandaid and placed it on her butt. I told her she had an amazing butt. My boyfriend thinks it is too small. Well I told her it was one of the cutiest butts I had seen in a long time. Thank you she said as she left.

I was at triage this morning when this tall slender blonde comes up to the desk with her hand wrapped in a towel. She was curing her hair when she burned her fingers with the curling iron. She had blisters on three of her fingers and palm. I took her into the triage room and signed her. I unwrapped her towel and placed an ice pack with a few dresings. The PA looked at it told me to apply some burn cream and check her tetanus. She said its hurts like hell. Give her 60mg toradol too. I applied the silverdene cream and applied a dressing. I came back with the two injections. Two shots she asked? One is the tetanus and one is for pain. I told her she needed to unzip her white shorts. You could see her red bikini panties through her white shorts. She was having trouble so I undid the zipper and pulled down her shorts and panties. She had dimples in each of cheeks. She jumped as soon as I placed the needle in her right cheek giving her the DTAP. Just a I put the second needle in her right cheek I told her this one has a burn and slowly injected. She had tears in her eyes when I pulled out the needle. You damn sure werent kiding. I forgot the burn on my hand. My ass is on fire. I slowly worked it into her muscle before pulling up her panties. Acorss her butt it read 100% prime. I laughed telling her she did have one fine butt and I zipped her jeans.
