I noticed she kept scratching her arms. She said I got into some poison IVY cleaning out my mom's garden and it is itching like crazy. I have tried this over the counter cream and it does not seem to be helping. I asked her what time she got off and she said 8 PM. I told her I had some staff that would help her out. I gave her my phone and address and told her to come by when she got off. She came over around 9 PM last night. I gave her a beer and we talked and I said now tell me where you seen to have all this itching. She had it on her arms. She raised up her t-shirt shge had on and I could see some places on her chest. I think I have it on my thighs too. I told her the medicine she had was okay , but she needed something stronger to get it jump started. I said I am going to give you 2 shots. One is benadryl which will help with the itching and the other is a steroid called solumedrol. I went out to my kit in my supervisor truck and obtained the two vials and 2 syringes. I can't remember my last shot she said as she watched me draw up the two syringes. Those are long needles. I told her they were 20g 1.5 inch and she was going to get one in each of her butt cheeks. In my butt? I told her they both had to go in the butt. Let me finish my beer first. Are you sure they have to go there. I said you can go to to the ERand take the chance of getting some old nurse who will not be as gental as me and you will still get both of these in your butt. She finished her beer and went into the bathroom. When she came out she was carrying her jeans and wearing a very cute pair of red panties that covered only the center portion of her cheeks. Wow I said. Like them as she turned around. I do I told her. Where do you want me. I sat on the couch and told her to lay across my lap. I could see the rash on her thighs. I pushed down her panties to her knees. I patted her right cheek and then squeezed a handful of her muscle and buried the 20g needle up to the hub. She screamed out and then started to cry as i injected the 2cc of solumedrol into her cheek. I pulled out the needle and rubbed her buns for a few minutes. That shit burns. I said one more to go. As I pinched her muscle she tensed up. I spanked her a few times and then quickly placed the needle in her hip when she relaxed and injected. Afterwards I told her to relax and I massaged both of her buns for the next hour. I pulled her up her panties and she sat up and had another beer with me. She wound up staying at my place over night. When she woke up in the morning she asked me to give her another massage. I started to massage her with her panties on and she took them off and told me she liked to feel my hands on her bare buns. I told her I would come see her in a few days and that she just might need 2 more injections. As she put on her jeans she said I just might surprise you. She had it on her arms. I put her in a room and gave her a gown and told her to get undressed except for her panties and I would be in a few minutes. I knocked on the door and she said she was ready. I got her vitals. She said she had it on her arms and thighs. I told her I had a couple of shots for her that would help. I had her turn around and lean over the table. I untied her gown and let it fall open. I pulled down her green panties below her butt cheeks.I had her flex her left leg. Then I placed my hand firmly on her left cheeks squeezed her muscle and put the first 21g needle deep in her but and gave her 50mg of benadryl. I pulled out the needle and she stood up rubbing her tiny butt cheek. Then I had her flex her right leg and placed the next needle deep I her right butt cheek and injected slowly the 125 mg of solumedrol. This time she had tears in her eyes. I wiped the blood trails running down her white butt cheeks and put bandaids on the two sites. I gave her a medrol dose pack. As I was giving her discharge instructions she took off her gown and put on her bra , t shirt and jean shorts. She told me her butt felt like it was on fire. I told her the steroids tend to burn. I tried using some over the counter medications for the last few days and it was not helping. I went to the urgent care center where they signed me in. Jim the nurse came in to get my vitals and said looks like you got into some poison ivy. The doctor came in looked at my arms and said give her the usual cocktail. Jim came back with two syringes and closed the door. He told me one was benadryl, one was solumedrol. I said both of these need to go in your bottom. I told her to loosen her jeans and lean over the table. She unzipped jeans and leaned oer the table I pulled down her jeans and panties down below her hips. I had her flex her right leg. I then placed my hand firmnly on her right cheek and without warning darted her tight bun and gave her the benadryl injection. She stood up rubbing her right hip saying that burns. I said okay bend over for the last one. She flexed her left leg and then I quickly poked her in the left cheek giving her the solumedrol. She stood up rubbing both cheeks telling me her bottom felt like it was on fire. I put bandaids on the two sites and helped her pull up her panties and jeans. She wiped the tears from her eyes.
