Last night I was working with one of our brand new ICU residents. She is 24, long blonde hair and 105 pounds and so damn cute. Very nice disposition because she just became a doctor. She was really not feeling well and told me she had a fever of 102.5. She said I think I have strep again. I told her a few shots of bicillin would help her out. I know those things make my butt ache for a week. I told her i could give her 600,000 in each hip and be gentle. Would you mind. I was thinking hell no. I said write down your phone and address and I will come by after i get off. She left about 0200 and I was at her door this morning at 0800. She came to the door in her night shirt and barefoot. She let me in and asked if i wanted some coffee. I laid both shots on the counter and said might as well warm them up a little. She reached up in the cabinet to get me a cup and her night shirt raised up giving me a small look at her little butt cheeks and her blue panties. She took her time getting the cup so I think she knew i was looking at her bottom. After my coffee we went to her room and she laid across the bed causing her night shirt to ride up exposing her small bottom in those blue panties. I reached over and pulled them down to her knees. I screwed the first tubex into the metal syringe and wiped her left bun and then eith a quick jab put the 18g needle into her butt. I slowly injected the thick med. I pulled out the needle and rubbed her bottom a few moments. That was the best shot of penicilin I have ever had. Great job. I said one more as I screwed the second one in. Before you stick me this time give me a couple of swats before sticking me. Her round little butt tunred red on the second swat. Once again I poked her witht eh 18g needle and I could hear it tear through her skin and then slowly injected. I wiped the two blood trails off her white bottom and put bandaids on the two sites. She got up and kicked off her panties. Give me a long firm massage to work that medication into my butt. I was only two happy to do it for her. She wants me to come over tomorrow and check up on her. When I got ready to leave she gave me a long kiss and said I am looking forward to seeing you in the morning and reach behind and squeezed my butt. More to follow
