 A study was done (I posted on this w/ link before) in Ireland regarding people and I'd heard women in particular who had large buttocks and may have had more fat than others, needed longer needles injected into their buttocks to penetrate the skin, underlying fat and get into the muscle. The results were done via a scanner to see exactly where the medication wound up. It was an interesting video.
