I'm curious, whats the largest size need anyone here has gotten a shot in the butt with. Penicillin only requires
1 1/2" right?

The largest needle that I have had a shot with was 18 gauge 2 inches. The Bicillin 4 cc syringes used to come with those attached years ago. i have had several shots with 18 gauge 1.5 inch needles, too.

2"x 18 gauge & several 1 1/2" x 18 gauge but doc had a 16 gauge x 2" I saw but never got it but it was scary. He said he would use it if I acted bad while getting an injection.

The largest injection with the longest needle I ever saw was my first gamma globulin injection but for penicillin and other shots I normally had to bend over before they were prepared and, so, never saw how big they were.

Nick you forgot to mention for the thousandth time that you had to lie over the receptionist's lap so you could be injected in your vulnerable bare bottom. SMH
