I have been thinking about getting some injections done, since I never had them prescribed and I want to know what it feels like. However, I was wondering if injections will hurt more on me, since I have a very small bum, not chubby at all. I am 20 years old, 165cm and I weight less than 40kilos, so, you can imagine my bum is very small. Does anyone have any idea about this?

Hi. Yes, it will likely hurt a little more. Not really because you are not chubby, but rather because the muscle is smaller, too.
PS.: I am sure, giving you injections in the butt would be awesome.

It's just a fetish of mine, to be held down. Then, if the injection is painful enough to require me to be held down that's even better...

For one or two injections it doesn't matter so much. But in case of multiple injections in series it can make a huge difference. If earlier injections leave buttocks sore, it can severely aggravate pain and burning from those which come later. In case of small buttocks there is simply too little space and volume to effectively shift injection sites. All that follows goes to more or less the same spot. I know from my personal experience that it can deliver a huge amount of additional suffering.
