 Well... okay. Of course I enjoy injecting a nice girl's bare butt, to be honest. Touching the bare butt, to see and feel how it clenches when I enter the needle... it's just nice.

On the other hand I never make an injection more painful or anything on purpose... that would be highly unprofessional and against all ethics of the medical profession.
