 George, yes adult men do cry sometimes from painful injections. It's not the most common result, but it's not highly unusual either. The size and location of the injection and the level of surprise are contributing factors. I saw a study done in the 1980s that found that men between 18-24 were most needle-shy and most likely to cry of all adults. I believe over 10% had that reaction, and it was a little lower for men 25-34, and constant at about 5% for 35 and above, which is still a lot.
