There are usually observers in the videos laughing and mocking the poor kid through the whole ordeal. The only reason a mother would allow something like that to be made available for all the world to see is for enjoyment. This forum shows that there are quite a lot of people with a fetish or kink about getting/giving/witnessing the trauma of injections. Some of them are bound to be mothers. Or nurses. When a receptionist admitted her enjoyment of holding boys across her lap for injections, she explained, "It's fun seeing the shots go into somebody else's bare bottom for a change!"
