I am a ICU resident and yesterday I was not feeling very well at work and I asked,Jim the nurse to give me a shot of rocephin since it was my last day before I start my vacation. he went and drew it up in two syringes 2cc in each. I mixed it with lidocaine so it won't hurt as bad. We went into an empty room and pulled the curtain. I know Jim likes me , but is so afraid to ask me out. I laid up on the bed. He untied my scrubs and pulled them down. I was wearing a pick pair of bikini panties that said spank me. He pulled them down. I felt him wipe my butt with the alcohol and then he squeezed my left cheek a few times and then I jumped as he placed the needle in my butt. Even with the lidocaine it still burned. One down he says a he massages that side a few times. Then I feel him grab my other cheek and again I jump as he sticks me. Afterwards he put two bandaids on the sites. I said can you rub my bottom a few minutes. It really is sore. Afterwards he slides up my panties and scrubs and ties them. When I get up I gave him a big hug and said after you get off I need to to come by my place if you don't mind. I cooked him a big meal and got another massage out of him. I think he knows I like him now. It was worth the two shots and I do feel better now.
