In reply to: Tracy 's message, "At what age" on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, 06:59: pm

Well that's quite difficult to answer as I always got excited when my brother or cousins got an injection. I must be around 7 or 8. But when it was turn to get it, I screamed and feared them until I was 17. I remember in senior high I got an injection which was the first injection of my life that I didn't cry or scream. Although I has my eyes tightly closed and my butt cheeks tightened. The nurse gently patted my bottom and then injected me slowly. I remmbr thinking to myself that it wasn't bad at all and wondered why I always made a fuss even as a teen. After that there was no stopping. Now I wish doctor gives me an injection regardless painful everytime I visit him.

Tracy, I never got comfortable with injections in my behind and the reason being is because of the size of the needle being used for injection, what type of serum was being injected, some are thicker than others, and the way it is given, if the needle is moved while in the muscle it will hurt later on, also the manner of force of injection can be painful too.
