It had 2 stages. Really very early, like 6 or 7 years old, I realized for the first time that I found painful butt injections exciting. But those were no injections to me. I was 14 or so when I got my first painful butt shots. Actually I was then quite eager to get them. While the injections themselves were by no means pleasant, I was very excited before and after each one. I got various painful injections a few more times in the following years and these feelings have been always the same. I do love painful butt shots :)

"Like" might not be quite the right word. When I was very young I was fascinated with and terrified by shots, all of which went in my butt until I was 7, when I "graduated" to shots in the arm. I thought that was permanent until I had to go in for a shot at 16 and was stunned to learn it was going in my rear end. I was scared, embarrassed and aroused as I bent over for the injection. So that's my answer - 16.
