Yes, it is painful. That's why I love them. I tried 100mg/ml concentration and 150mg/ml concentration. The first one stings so much when it is being injected but the pain lasts only for 15-20 minutes. The second one (Pascorbin) stings extremly immediately after being injected, and you can feel weakly the injection spot for 1-2 days.

deltoid muscle: from 100 mg/ml 1-2 ml, with 23G, 1 inch and 22G 1,25 inch needle; from 150 mg/ml 0,5-1 ml, with 23G 1,25 inch needle

thigh: from 100mg/ml 2-5 ml with 22G 1,25 inch needle, 21G 1,5 inch needle and 20G 2 inch needle; from 150mg/ml 2-5 ml with 22G 1,25 inch needle

butt: 2-5 ml from both contrentation with 21G 1,5 inch needle and 20G 2 inch needle and 18G 1,5 inch needle
