I remember back when I was 18 years old I moved out on my own in St Augustine Florida I worked as a housekeeper for a Ramada Inn hotel one day I was at the hotel and this doctor came out of one of the rooms and looked at me and I said doctors still do house calls this was in the late 1980s and he said yes ma'am my patients in that room and he looked at me and said do you need a house call and I told him that my knees hurt a lot he gave me his card and he took my number and I didn't think much about it at that time then one day his secretary called my house and asked if I still wanted an appointment with Dr Thomas and I said yes so the appointment was set up let me explain what I looked like at the time very short for my age long blonde hair and very thin no boobs but a nice bottom he came in I was wearing just a t-shirt and he had me lay on my bed and he was looking at my knees bending them up bending them down told me about cartilage and all this other stuff so he said he was going to give me cortisone shot to the knee to make him feel better I didn't mind that they didn't sting much but I remember being a little girl and getting turned on by getting injections in my bottom he asked me as he was preparing the injection if I was scared of needles and I said they kind of make me nervous because that's okay he gave me the injections in my knees and told me that he would do a thorough check up on my next appointment I said okay he took some blood work from me and left two weeks later he came back and had me just wear a t-shirt but no underwear I sat on the bed he looked at my knees he looked in my ears he used the tongue depressor and then he started reading the labs to me and he said that I'm low on iron he goes I think I should recommend you get iron shots and I said oh because also your throat looks a little red which means you might be getting strep if it's hard to swallow and I said my throat does hurt a little bit he goes I'm going to give you an iron shot and a roasted shot and I said my arm is going to hurt pretty bad and he looked at me and said these don't go in your arm sweetheart now I know why he wanted me to not wearing any panties so he prepared the iron shot and the roasted shot and he comes over to me and he goes okay sweetie I want you to lay down on your tummy and I looked nervous because don't be so nervous it's not going to be that bad so he pulled up my shirt in the back said I had such a cute bottom he hates to stick a needle in it and I said if it's going to be better for me he put the shots on the bedside table and smacked my butt very hard to pull times I said what was that for he goes to get you to loosen up and you have a very spankable bottom I was getting turned on by this and when he rubbed the cotton on my right cheek I felt him stick the needle for the iron in and I tell you that's the worst painful shot I've ever got I had tears in my eyes and it took like 3 minutes to finish that injection when he pulled out the needle I was like he goes roasted is not much better sweetheart and he swab the other cheek and stuck that needle in and he was right the roasted hurts so much when he pulled that out he smacked my butt again there's more stories with this doctor by the way he was about 70 years old if you want me to tell you more just let me know
