Subject: 11 year old got bit by a dog Author: Carol [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: Sunday, July 12, 2015, 05:56: pm My 11 year old son got bit by a dog earlier today :( and we spent a solid half day in the emergency room getting three stitches and a tetnus shot. He was a trooper right till the end when it came time for the tetnus shot. The doc was done with the stiches and trevor was sitting on the exam table when the nurse came in with the shot. Trev started rolling up his sleve when the nurse said she was sorry but the needle needed to be given in his rear end. He got all embarressed and began to protest... all the days bravery and frustration began to unravel... and so did the tears. Rather than bend over the table I had him come over and hug me with his face in my shoulder. I held him firmly as the nurse lowered his shorts and boxers off his bottom and I looked down his back and watched her scrub a piece of gause with alcohol on his left butt cheek. The needle looked HUGE as she plunged it deep into his cheek and he let out a squeal and stood on his tippy toes when it when in. He really started to cry and wail as she pushed the medicine into his muscle... and it seemed to take forever for her to remove the needle from his rear. I held him close consoling him as the nurse pressed a cotton ball on the injection site and applied a bandaid. When I went to help him pull his pants up i was surprised to see a stiff juvenile erection jutting into his underpants up front. I don't know if it was fear, pain, embarresment or a combination but it certainly put him into a state of arrousal. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ]

Was the dog known to you? If so, then the authorities can deal with the animal. If your son needed stitches I can see why a tetanus shot was in order. Did the medical people explain what might be needed if your son requires rabies shots? But the good thing is, if in the event the shots need to be administered, it's over a month's period of time, with one initially in the buttocks, the remaining I believe in the arms. Is he a big kid with a chubby butt or is he the typical skinny 11 year old? I remember the first time my mom saw me with an erection that I remember at least. i was 12 and thought I was going to die!
