 Once again, I found myself on my bed, my jockey briefs, lowered, stretched across my thighs, one of the rectal thermometers I'd gotten off an auction site, well shoved up my behind by one nurse while the other injected each butt cheek with two 18g needles. The sticks weren't so bad, but when she pushed the meds in, they burned! All while I still had the thermometer stuck up my butt, which when taken out about three minutes after insertion, registered 101.6F!
Note: I asked for the butt temperature...the only way to have it taken, and the one nurse did take it.
