Growing up in the era of penicillin shots, my house-call experiences were the same, save that I never cried or had the site massaged afterwards. Nonetheless, my greatest fear was always the painful embarrassment of an injection in the bottom. Going to the doctor was even worse because I had to pull everything down to my ankles and bend over the receptionist's lap well into adolescence and the humiliation of a girl holding me and watching me injected in the bare bottom was worse than the pain. I even got booster shots that way. A receptionist from another surgery once told me that boys were usually erect after shots across her lap, but never before.
Notwithstanding my fear of the real thing, I often fantasised about them when none were imminent and playing doctor with my girlfriend in adolescence always involved play shots back there, realistically simulated with sterile pins, which always aroused me before as well as after. Although enjoying reciprocating those play shots, I never actually saw anybody get real buttock injections in my youth but one of my pet fantasies was girls getting shots in their shapely bare bottoms.
