Over the past few years I have been to three medical fetish clinics to relive my adolescent experience of buttock injections across receptionists' laps.
At the first one, I was made to wait alone in the room for several minutes to heighten my apprehension until an attractive nurse entered with an absolutely stunning receptionist to whom she introduced me with the words, "This is Nick. He's here for his booster shots". The receptionist sat down and the nurse told me to drop my trousers and pull down my pants. When I said that I thought booster shots were given in the arm, the receptionist said that she had hers there but the nurse sternly told me, "But you're getting them in the bottom," and the receptionist opined that it was the best place to get them because, "it's fleshier back there and you can't see what is happening". The receptionist pretended to look away as I pulled everything all the way down, embarrassed by the thought that she would see me get in the bottom shots she had in the arm. When the nurse said that she would give the receptionist a shot back there later, I opined "ladies first?" but the receptionist nervously replied, "No, he already has his pants down." When I was told to bend over, the receptionist obligingly hitched her mini-skirt up for a lovely view of the supple bare thighs over which I stretched my nakedness. I heard another nurse briefly enter behind me and the receptionist confirmed that she had seen me bare-bottom up across her lap. I then got several shots in each cheek over the course of half an hour. Although they didn't hurt as much as hopefully anticipated, the lovely receptionist made the experience sensual by stroking my bare bottom and uttering such condescing platitudes as, "You know you have to get them; there's nothing you can do about it now," asking me to tell her about my previous injections like that and exciting me by saying that she once had a shot that hurt so much she couldn't sit down after getting it.
At the second venue a gorgeous nurse much more sympathetically told me that my shots had to go in the bottom and told me to drop my trousers, excitedly consoling me by saying that she gave her receptionist vitamin shots back there every week. When my trousers were down, the nurse pulled my pants all the way down as well and then went out, leaving me to stare at the huge injection she had prepared. She returned a few minutes later with the receptionist, who had a good look at my nakedness before sitting down for me to bend over her lap for my shots. On feeling the first one, I commented that it was high in the buttock and the nurse replied, "I'm starting them high". Some of the ensuing injections lower in both cheeks over the course of half an hour really hurt. Each time, I tensed for the jab and relaxed on feeling it, then felt the searing pain of the serum being injected followed by the final sting of the needle coming out. At one point I asked the receptionist if she was enjoying herself and she replied, "Of course. It's fun to see somebody else's bottom injected for a change." The reminder that she got her shots back there too made the ordeal less embarrassing for me until the nurse announced a flu/swine flu shot for me. I said that I had heard that it was painful and the receptionist consoled me by saying she had hers recently but, when I asked where, she said she got it in the arm so that, once again, I felt humiliated for a girl to watch me get in the bottom a shot she had in the arm.
At the third fetish clinic a beautiful receptionist came in saying that the nurse had instucted her to prepare me for my injections. When she told me to drop my trousers, I was really nervous and fumbled to unfasten them, so she knelt before me to help and then pulled my pants all the way down too before sitting on the exam table and telling me to bend over her lap. As she sensuously stroked my trembling bare bottom I asked how she felt when awaiting injections and she said she didn't mind them, which prompted me unsuccesfully to suggest that we trade places. After several minutes across her lap, I heard the door open behind me and the nurse enter. Then came the shots. The first few didn't hurt much but, unlike the previous two venues, this one was a hour's session and by the time it was half over, both cheeks were so tender that I actually dreaded every ensuing injection and it was really necessary for the receptionist to hold me still. I knew when each one was coming because I felt her firmly press my back just before the nurse gave it to me. The after-effects were most realistic of all because I couldn't sit down that evening, could only sleep face-down that night and my bottom remained injection-sore for days.
Thinking back about all three, my ideal scenario would bending over the lap of the first receptionist for shots from the second nurse that felt like those from the third.
