Although I normally do not call BS with most folks postings in here, the key to a lie on occassions is TOO MUCH detail ... Most of which I personally believe is fantasy.

I've talked to 4 different nurses in my area 2 of which I'm "friends with" & they called BS on this one. Unless there are other factors not related by Breanne, Decadron would be contraindicated... Sorry Charlie

While I do not usually give decadron for severe pharyngitis, in conjunction with Bicillin it is a good strategy for Strep and/or mono because it rapidly reduces tonsillar swelling. In young patients, tonsils can become swollen to a dangerous size, obstructing the airway. I have hospitalized teenagers with Strep with a trach tray at bedside for fear of blocking off the airway. Decadron is especially popular in ED setting and specifically on a colleague to cover all bases and give most rapid relief as it has a reputation for rapid action.

I went to a walk in clinic this morning becuase I had a bad sore throat. My boyfriend who is a medic went with me. I was told I would be getting a shot of bicillin. I asked my boyfriend about the shot and he said they tend be make your butt very sore. I said I want it in my arm. The nurse came in carrying the big syringe. I said wait a minute. My boyfirned is a paramedic. Can he please give me the shot. Sure it frees me up for another patient. She pulled out a bandaid and alcohol swab and left the room. I asked him to show me the needle. I will after the shot. He told me to get up on the table. He pulled down my jogging suit bottoms to mid thigh along with my panties. He was admiring my butt as he rubbed my left cheek. It was his first time seeing it bare. He then squeezed a handful of my left hip and buried what felt like a pencil in my butt. I jumped and screamed at the same time. I could fill him push the cold liquid in my hip and it hurt like hell. He kept saying your doing great. he pulled out the needle and then showed me. It looked like a pencil. He rubbed my bare butt a few moments before helping me get dressed and then helped lift me off the table. I limped around the room trying to walk it off. He said he was sorry for making my butt ache.

This past weekend my sister brought home her college roomate with her. She was a drop dead gorgeous 6 foot tall blonde. We went out for dinner that night and she wore the shortest black dress and knee high boots. Every place we went the guys were bug eyed. My sister and her tied on a good buzz. We got home about 1 AM in the morning. She told my sister that her stomach was upset. My sister told her friend that I had some medication that would make her feel better. Great I will take some of it. I went and got two vials of zofran and 2 syringes and filled them as she watched. I told her to stand up and walked her over to the couch and asked her to lie down on her stomach. I raised her dress above her hips. I was surprised to see that she was not wearing any panties. I pinched a handful of her cheek and darted the needle in her butt and injected. Ouch! I rubbed the spot a few times and said one more as I put my hand on her other cheek. Spank it before you stick me. I delivered 2 firm whacks to her white little bottom and then injected. I rubbed the spot and when I stopped she got up. My sister then laid across my lap and pulled up her dress exposing her thong butt. One by one I put a needle in each of her butt cheeks. I told them that they might need another dose in 8 hours. Her friend said you sure can shoot me again anytime and patted her butt.

I think we all get sick of the obvious fantasy of these posts where some girl who is vividly described always ends up going to someone's house to receive a shot in the butt from an almost perfect stranger.

Not very believable, and the details down to the exact articles of clothing are more than most people would remember on a chance encounter.
