The physical involved listening to lungs, heart, examining breasts, visual inspection of labia and anus, then an embarassing rectal temperature taken, and then the shot, which made each one cry. This is a gardasil injection and you each get one in your butt. They look over at their mom and she tells them to hop off the bed and bend over. The 18 finally leaned over and the nurse opened her gown exposing her white butt with a rose tatoo in the cneter of her butt cheek. I told her you are afraid of a needle, but you laid there and let them draw a rose on your butt cheek. I put the needle deep in the center of the rose and injected. They both walked around rubbing their butts while I got bandaids. One by one I had them bend over and put a bandiad on their sites and told them they could get dressed.
