I broke the 30-lb barrier!

I've been dinging around for a couple of months but last week I really tried to do what I was supposed to do and, most importantly, *track* everything - including all the naughty things I was eating. I weighed in last night and was down 2.6 lbs for the week (that's a LOT for me) and -31 total.

EEEEE!

How is everyone else doing? I'm only down 7 lbs, but considering I have been busy and stressed, I think that's pretty great!
