that is a great excuse for me, too...
In addition, I took a flying dive off my curb yesterday afternoon and sprained the bejeebus out of my left hand (I'm left handed), and my left ankle.
It hurts to the point it's difficult to walk, and oooowey on the asphalt burns on my knees waaaa...
In spite of that horrid experience ;)...I did manage to make a productive trip to the trash bins, and play with rocks in the back of my building for a good 30 minutes this afternoon. lol I may not have gotten a lot of aerobic exercise, but I was sweating like....well like a sweathog LOL.

I took the dog for a short morning walk around the block.
This afternoon I spent 30 minutes playing Just Dance 2 on the Wii. It's a pretty good workout!

At work, I walked on rounds 3 times, about 4 blocks apiece, and going up and down stairs, does that count?

Curves. I go 4X/week at 5:00 a.m., then shower up and get to work by 7:00. It's a great way to start the day - works out the kinks and I don't have to get sweaty later.
