Sunday :) I had.... -- doni, 22:02:59 07/10/11 Sun [1] (adsl-68-92-151-195.dsl.austtx.swbell.net/68.92.151.195)
And this is my latest 'typical' diet as of approximately 3 weeks ago.
For breakfast I have a bowl of Sugar Free HEB Maple/Brown sugar oatmeal -- sweetened with Splenda--generic as I am trying to avoid white sugar, wheat-flour/potatoes/white food in general lol. On my Oatmeal I drizzle about a tablespoon of no calorie/fat maple syrup for a little extra kick...I add cinammon and a tablespoon of hazlenut "fake" creamer that I also have in my iced-coffee with splenda.
Lunch--I make a pretty large 'mixed greens' and combined with 'mixed spinach and greens' salad (I hate plain old iceberg lettuce, but i really love these mixes). To my mixed greens I add low cal/no-fat HEB Brand Red Wine Vinagrette...a 'snack pack' size can of mandarin oranges, and about 2 tbsbs of a super low fat cheeze like Parmesan, or romano. Oh and I've gotten really attached to sprinkling the whole thing liberally with toasted sesame seeds I found in the sushi section!
Now here is where my diet must be falling all to hell. For dinner I will eat say, a 1/4 to 1/2 of a MsAmys delicioso organic pizza...scooped in Hummus. If not that then I have a couple of very small mini-meat pies (3 per serving), with about 4-5 "baked" fried cheese sticks, with spaghetti sauce...Or I have something else equally fattening.
It must be off the charts fattening (what I'm having for supper) because I am not losing a single pound and it is so very demoralizing/depressing....damn).
Snackwise, I might have a Luna bar, or a 'Sweet n' Salty' or a Pop Tart, but i don't eat ice cream every night like I did when I was married (how'd we do that?! lol)

Re: Monday: What I Ate Today -- Jenn, 20:29:58 07/11/11 Mon [1] (pool-71-170-235-80.dllstx.fios.verizon.net/71.170.235.80)
Woke up late, so I missed breakfast.
Low sodium turkey on wheat with kale for lunch.
Dinner was taco salad with organic grass fed beef, heavy on the cilantro, just the way I like it. I believe cilantro makes everything better. Yummo.
My bad habit to kick - soda. I like it WAY too much.

Raspberries and skim milk for bfast, cheese raviolis with spinach for lunch, leftover pork fajita and grilled zucchini for dinner. Oh, and the guys at work got a DQ buster bar for me. But my evening sugar was only 130!
