..I have two recreational volleyball sets (3 games/set and we're pretty competitive - the guys are always drenched by the end!) so it's my heavy one to exercise, but I still did my weights this morning. Usually then I'm a slacker on Thursdays but maybe I won't be tomorrow...

I worked out this morning. Had a rather high point lunch (7-layer salad - my favorite meal our cafeteria makes!) so tonight will be a boca burger (no bun), some steamed broccoli and a glass of 1% milk.

I also ate 1/4 of a lemon cake. But I haven't had beer for five days. Baby steps, grasshopper!
