Subject: Where do you need encouragement most?

I have a huge problem with my soda intake. I need to kick the Dr Pepper habit and am really struggling with it, silly as that sounds.

Also, I am not doing well with my erratic sleep schedule. Because I work from home, I often don't have to be anywhere at any particular time. I stay up late editing and then sometimes sleep late, sometimes don't. I think that if I could get up early in the morning and exercise then, my day would be off to a much better start. Once the day gets going, it is so easy to find excuses not to exercise.

Could y'all encourage me to get to bed early and get up early??

if you don't have one, a dog would get you up early! Our cats are pretty good at not, but then I'm up no later than 6:15 on weekends (weekdays 5:30).

My hint - I exercise in the morning (weights) before work while watching the news, or in the evening while watching AMC (at least for another couple months!).

My weakness is breads and cheeses.
