Did one hour on the Wii Just Dance 2 game. Fun and tiring!
Haven't had time to stop and eat today, which isn't great, but I have been snacking fairly healthy - granola bar, fruit.

I started out with a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and a banana but I was unusually hungry all day and didn't make good choices at all. : /

I didn't sleep much last night, so I have no energy or ambition for exercise....meh.

...just finished FF'ing through AMC while eating a PBJ for supper, yawning and wondering how early was too eary to go to bed on a Friday night. I ACCIDENTALLY clicked on this page from my favorites and it made me feel like such a big blob I sat up, put my shoes on and went for my 3 mile walk! I am counting that as my exercise for today. Unfortunately, i was also feeling very stressed,and I tend to eat my stress in snacky foods. well, tomorrow we walk 6 blocks to the farmers market and 6 blocks back (uphill!) and that will be good activity, and I will be loading up on veggies for the week!

broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, garlic, raspberries and blueberries. love Michigan in the summer!
