It's a St Louis concoction that then looks like it's been put through a fuzzy pumper - it's Swiss, cheddar, provolone and liquid smoke - you can get it at local grocery stores.

Our botanical gardens makes this fantastic salad with spinach, strawberries, poppyseed molasses dressing (more 'robust' than standard poppyseed) and slivered almonds...YUM.
