I've been craving sugar....ate the big cookies in the cafeteria two days in a row, but my WW points came in ok. I just need to rein in the carb cravings! At least I haven't skipped any workouts.

I told my WW leader that the thing that inspired me the most at the meeting last week was when she said she ate Monster cookies for breakfast on occasion. If she can do that and keep her weight off and not throw in the towel, then I can certainly hang in there and not expect perfection of myself! ;-)

I work until 11:30 pm, and the worst thing I do is eat when I get home! I think I need to plan a small snack at work.

We won our volleyball tournament last night, and we're signed up for the next league - for me, that adrenalin and endorphin rush is way more powerful than when I work out at home. I'm also possibly joining a 2nd league, so hopefully that'll mean double the calories getting burned.
