Subject: What works for you?

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing.
Are you exercising? Eating well?

Also looking for anything you would like from this board - to make it more worthwhile for everyone.

Not doing too badly today. Had a 1/2 sandwich and salad (dressing on the side) at Corner Bakery. Managed to forego the Dr Pepper and had water. Mexican salad for dinner with lightly seasoned grass fed organic ground beef, spinach and peppers. Just took the dog for a walk at 10:30. Cause this is about as cool as it gets outside these days. (It is currently almost midnight and 98 degrees).

But I have been doing more walking at work. It is a large fenced in plant and since I work in the afternoon/evening, there is no traffic, so I can walk in the cool of the evening. I usually put in about 1/2 to 1 mile. I will be working for the next 12 days in a row, so that means more walking (and more in my paycheck) :-)

Today was better than yesterday. Yesterday I got home late and instead of grilling chicken breasts I ordered Pizza Hut and ate a whole big ol' P'Zone. : Þ

Back on the wagon today...I don't remember what my starting 'X' weight was for this board but I lost 2 at WW this week and am down 29 from January.

Oh, and I worked out 4x this week at Curves. It really works well for me to do it first thing in the morning, shower up and go to work.
