Subject: I am a teacher and I do not live in Ireland. I can not get that kind of aid, as a business owner.

There are some new things I can possibly apply to for aide...but it is unclear the level of aide I can get.

I am offering classes for free - but accepting payment from those that are not suffering financial hardship. I will not be able to offer this for months and months, but will do what I can.

I stand by my statement that no teacher should be EXPECTED to work for free (though, many will offer free instruction if they can).

If you are an engineer, or a school teacher or accountant, and are sent to "work at home" you will not be asked to do it for free. I just don't see the difference.

It is lovely for teacher to offer free classes if he/she can. It should not be "expected" and people who charge for their services should not be "bad-mouthed".
