I even asked an adjudicator who wasn't judging that day. The rules clearly state it is not allowed. Maybe you should read them. And yes I think senior teams would cheat after all the crap I saw this year. The younger girl recalls were a joke. Phenomenal girls not recalled while girls who dance flat footed, off time, and have arms swinging all over recall. What a joke.
