Yes, he might have been a decent dancer but that does not always guarantee you’ll be a good teacher. You mention having qualifications but fail to realise Scott is not a qualified teacher either, so this point is automatically irrelevant. Lots of hard work goes into every school, but from what I’ve heard and seen the kids choreography hardly changes, he doesn’t work to each dancers strengths and the school looks like it’s becoming too much for one teacher. Would love to know how you “know he is an amazing teacher” I’m guessing you’re one of his mums and could probably pick out who, judging by your own past. Majority of his kids have gone down hill since joining and noticed a few have already left too.
