Dancers that clearly stand out win regardless of who the judges are it's when there's a few on the same level that you get results going back and forth - that's normal. Dancers have good days and bad days as well. In Ireland several of the WIDA judges will be from the UK - this is the same background as Irish judges really so it can't just be called a 'mainland' problem. You'll see far more variance in grades than you will in open as there's plenty of differences in level there.
