Cnrg do know their own rules. From the beginning, it was clearly stated that you could do double R in reel lead round. This has not been changed and communicated to all CNRG teachers. If your teacher is not CNRG, it is there responsibility to read the rules prior to entering any organisations feis to ensure rules havn't changed! Its not CNRG Organisers responsibility to make sure schools read the rules. They send them out with feis packs and they are on their website.
As a parent, i also always check the rules of different org feis that we enter just incase teacher may have missed something. Parents/teachers have to take responsibility.
