WIDA have all their competition rules on their website here:

Their schools are also listed, although you don’t need to be a member of a WIDA school to compete. WIDA is open to all and their dancers are not restricted from competing in other orgs.
Additionally they have an active Facebook page: World Irish Dance Association(WIDA).

They have quite a few senior dancers in comparison to other open platform orgs.
Their Oireachtas and Worlds are 4 rounds. All dancers dance soft, heavy, tradset with 50% recall for 4th (modern set) round.
At this years Worlds there were 9 age groups over 21: U23, U25, U27, U30, U32, U35, U40, U45, O45.
