It shows you can teach through multiple abilities as well as being able to teach in a manner that is professional. This is where a lot of people will fail, because they cannot teach in the correct way or show they have lack of patience and competence.

You cant even call yourself a teacher without the exam anyway, just a choreographer. That is the problem with all these unqualified teachers, they all make their dancers do steps they arent ready for, which leads to a lack of technique. This can also cause the dancers injuries. Taking your TCRG at least proves you have to knowledge to prevent this from happening and can teach grade appropriate steps. You just sound ridiculously jealous or defensive of unqualified teachers you work with.
