Subject: What is the standard of dancing in adult age groups like (26-28)?

I am ex-An Chomhdhail looking to re-enter the dance world after a long time away from dancing and I am considering OP as there are WIDA + CRDM schools near me. I know there are adult comps in OP but what is the standard like in Ireland/UK? What are numbers like at big comps?

I danced to a high standard in the past but of course am very unfit now.
