I have been so lazy and thought others could take care of the matter and now realize how important it is that we all get involved before it is too late.It looks like all this need for control stuff has gotten so far out of hand. And I too am asking why? Isn't that what all the fuss was about across the bridge, homeowners disputes? I understand that was a mess and very expensive. Seems that Vickery person is right and I will e-mail him and spred the word to my friends to do the same because I really don't know much about these homeowner associations other than my neighborhood in Sugar Land but it is so new, we don't have these issues of Sargent Beach.
