Subject: Nova irons distance

Question for those who have played both the 1 irons and the Novas. Did you find the Novas to have more distance than the 1 irons? I'm thinking they might because of the graphite shafts. Did you find the dispersion similar to the 1 irons? I know dispersion is great on the 1 irons, but concerned about accuracy of graphite shafts compared to 1 iron steel shafts. I'm 66 year old smaller man, and looking for distance. My 8 iron swing speed is 67 and need help with distance.

I play the 1 Irons while my father plays the NOVAs. Distances are about the same but the dispersion is tighter with the 1 Irons. This is to be expected since the NOVAs use a sweeping swing which is not as accurate as a normal iron swing.
