Subject: Football bye week happenings

Georgetown beats Bucknell. Makes our win last week look better.

Lafayette is terrible. Crushed 42-0 by the Crusaders. Wonder if Tavani lasts.

Fordham out races Lehigh in high scoring game. Chase Edmunds has nearly 350 rushing yards. Hard to believe he's just a soph. Anyone know the story of how the Big 33 Game MVP ended up at Fordham?

While Fordham has been winning, they aren't invincible in close games to Penn and HC.

Hopefully 'gate took advantage of the bye week and comes out strong, playing hard and smart in all 4 quarters. If we can do that, we have a chance against the Rams.

go 'gate!

Colgate has more than a chance to win this game. They are rested and at home. Colgate can run against FU and if Melville is hitting his passes, they should have more than enough offensive firepower to score enough to win. Win the TOP by a good margin and put a spy on Edmunds to keep him under 150 yards. DB's getting an INT or two will help and few penalties are needed. Go 'gate, win the PL.

a lot of "ifs" and or DB's (especially the corners) have played awful football. Let's hope they are much improved. FU does not have a good D and gives up a lot of points the questions is will the Gate D show up....and show up for FOUR quarters?!!!!!!
