To Jeggi's slight surprise, Atumi says nothing snide to the striped as she leaves, only watches in silence until she can no longer be detected even by the male's exceptional senses. "Then let us begin. You will first study the Original Nine, as their Creation began our history." Grace outlining every ebony-furred muscle, Atumi slinks over to a nearby rock and removes a small woven screen, reaching one forehand into a crevice and snatching one of many square objects. These objects are made of veen bark, white, thin, smooth material that is useful for keeping records. Scrawled Kalash figures litter the pages of each 'book', apparently painted on in a dark red... ink... or so one would suppose. The male sets the barktome down in the middle of his students' circle. "Be careful with the pages; claws shred them easily and if you rip a page, you will be writing me an entire new book." Luckily, this barktome is short - only nine pages. Jeggi, with an expressive roll of her emerald eyes, steps forward and settles down at an angle to the barktome, one earflick indicating that her fellow 'dyn are to be seated next to her if they wish, though with Koratian sight they could be a hundred meters away if they prefer. Muffling a sigh and giving a flick of her bladeless tail to show her annoyance at learning what she already well knows, the cocky femme sets to reading the first page silently.
