The slender tan's nervous system finally sends an electric shock of pain up her spine as the time limit is reached. All students have achieved some margin of success, but even if they hadn't, she must stop or risk permanent damage; Tasiri comes to a sudden, dusty halt near the twenty-foot-high black monolith upon which Atumi so often perched, heart and lungs pumping in a rapid but steady rhythm. Letting her chest heave, the pale-furred Korat settles to her haunches and wraps her lean tail securely about her paws, narrow muzzle expressionless as usual. "Not bad," she admits as she regains her breath, and feels compelled to add, "But had that been Atumi or even Tew, you would not have been able to follow them. There exists a world within each lone sense; once you learn to abandon yourself to that world, all limits and obstacles disappear." Small, razor-sharp fangs are bared in a very brief grin, "And when you reach the point that you know five separate worlds, then when you combine your senses... you will know everything that exists." The female falls silent, transient shine in her wisteria eyes quickly fading into an impassive gaze.
