There are jack points on the rocker. That's where I put the lift arms. If you're just jacking on the subframe, and not the big bolt that holds them on that's very bad for the bushing, as they are not meant to support the weight of the car like that. The springs support the car, not the subframe. They'll stretch even when new. Hopefully they're not ruined now. You need to get the jack on a hardpoint. Either the jackpoints on the rocker, the differential, or the bolts that mount the subframe(I don't really recommend this one because you may mess up the threads)
