Subject: motor swap, chip, suspension

Things just seem to be going my way! With a good job and a nice stimulus check coming my way im looking to finaly make some upgrades to the e30.
I have been toying with the idea of a motor swap with an M3. Is it possible to fit a 3.2 E36 into my e30 325is? Id love the power and idea of having an M under the hood.
In the meantime im thinking of investing in a performance chip. What kind of benifits could i look forward to and if anyone has personal experience id love some ideas for what to buy.
My suspension in the front right seems to be very loose and it hits hard every time i hit a pot hole. even if i go over a small hill it will feel like death. iv had it up on jacks but havent been able to see anything noticably wrong
(Granted i dont really have any experience with suspension) If anyone has any idea please let me know

Thanks everyone, Phil
