Tally is a philosopher with 2 powers. She cannot see, with her eyes. She caused the burrs to go on you, and asked them to help ehr 'see'. She cannot see you visially, but can make you out with the burrs 'implantings'.
I did not say she was healed by water, I said the water cooled her eyes, not healed. In fact, I was clear in putting 'blindly' in a lot, and using 'see'.

You did not say there was water in her lungs- you said it was shot down her throat. Perhaps she swallowed it, or coughed up the water. You have to be completely clear.
Nor did you say he was holding in her lungs, you are adding stuff again.

Also, I know quicksand. There is always a bottom (you did not say there was no bottom either, you can't just add stuff), no matter how deep. As you just made this qs, it cannot be deep. Nor did you say anything about it being deep.
I'll give you that you stated it was to wide for the plants to get a get from and push her up- but nothing about deep, they went to the bottom.

As to your question, she did not aim, luck. Nothing against luck.

So none of that you just wrote happened, because Tally did not break the rules, she is completely in the right.
