My enema nurse is my wife. She is an actual RN and knows all kinds of tricks to make enemas pleasant or uncomfortable. When we are playing, I get my enemas from a nurse wearing scrubs. When she is wearing her nurse uniform, I know I'm in for it. That is usually an "enemas until clear" session and they are 3-H, High volume, 104 degrees, and SOAPY. Johnson Baby Shampoo isn't too crampy. Ivory soap is next on the scale, and Bronner's Peppermint (2 tbsp per qt) is the worst. Enemas until clear is always followed by a prostate massage that thoroughly drains the gland of all fluid.
