I was subjected to frequent disciplinary enemas as a teen by my stepmother.
She had two daughters, one older, one younger than I who were always allowed to view and/or assist in the process. I would be made to completely strip and mount a waist high table in the basement on all fours with head down and bottom up.

She was caught doing this once by her mom and I thought she would get in trouble for it.
Instead, their mom merely asked how much she was going to give me then gave her another jug of "the recipe to use.
The next time their mom went out for the evening ahe casually asked her older daughter if she would be giving 'the kids' enemas tonight, and was just told to do a good job. She and her friend could be quite sadistic, giving me bag after bag of warm soapsuds or quite cold water often using her mom's "high enema gear which employed a 5 foot ewd rubber colon tube passed through a tennis ball which they kept tightly pressed against my anus to prevent leaks.
I also wasn't usually allowed to expel until I or they masturbated me to completion each time.
