The effects after having taken a certain dosage castor oil (the best 1 tablespoon) will depend exclusively of the amount of toxins liberated by taking this in the liver:
- In the case that no toxins will be excreted there moving the bowels by taking castor oil will be harmless and short lasting.
- In the case that a lot toxins will be excreted there moving the bowels by taking castor oil will be harmful and long lasting.
